Goddard - William J. Degenhardt, 77, Goddard, died Saturday Sept. 24, 1988, at the Medical Lodge in Goddard.

Mr. Degenhardt was born Nov. 30, 1910, at Pfeifer.

He lived in the Wichita area for 38 years, and was a retired Boeing Military Airplane employee

His wife, Regina, died April 12, 1988.

Survivors include a son, Randy of Wichita; two daughters, Lila Gettings and Caroline Clark, both of Wichita; a brother, Casper of Victoria; three sisters, Rosie Pfannenstiel and Clara Hartman, both of Victoria, and Veronica Schmidt of Hays; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Pfeifer, the Rev. Clem Naef officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pfeifer. A parish wake will be 8 p.m. Monday at Brock's North Hill Chapel. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and until 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
