Rosary and scripture service is 7:30 p.m. Monday at Hettinger Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Father James Kane and Father Kenneth Koehler will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Unrein was born Oct. 24, 1906 in Sewald, Russia to John L. and Eva Hergenréter Degenhart. She came to the United States with her parents in 1912 and lived since then in Sterling.
On. Feb. 23, 1925, she married Chris Unrein in Sterling. He preceded her in death in June of 1974.
Mrs. Unrein was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and the Legion of Mary.
She is survived by a son, Elmer Unrein, Mountain Home, Idaho; a daughter, Mrs. Norma Barton, Sterling; a brother, Nick Degen hart, Ft. Collins; three sisters, Anny Stoltz and Betty Spahn, both of Englewood, and Mary Heilman, Yakima, Wash.; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
