Mary Frances Wilson, 87, of 501 W. Seventh Street, Plainfield, died yesterday, July 25, 1982, at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield.
Born in Plainfield, she was a life-long resident.
Miss Wilson was employed as a secretary at James J. McCann Insurance Company and the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles. She later prchased and owned James. J. McCann Co., working there for more than 40 years. She worked as violations clerk for the Plainfield police for several yers, retiring 15 years ago.
She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church of Plainfield and a member of St. Mary's Rosary Society.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are by Higgins Home for Funerals of 209 W. Eighth Street, Plainfield. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 28th at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church at 9 a.m. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
