Journalist and TV host. He began working for the newspaper "La Notte di Milano". He went to La Gazzetta dello Sport ", where he was editor for 20 years. Some time later he directed the newspaper "Supergol". In 1979 he jumped to television, where he quickly became known for his vehement criticism and sports programs. The television show that catapulted him to fame was "'Appello del Martedì" (1991), where he appeared dressed in the robes of judges in a studio decorated like a court of law. He then presented "Calciomania", "Guida al Campionato (Guide to the Championship),", "Controcampo", "Zitti e Mosca", "La Mosca al Naso" and "Il Processo del Lunedì ". He also directed "Senza rete" and in recent years was collaborator on "Controcampo". He was regarded as the most popular sports commentator on Italian TV.
