Mrs. Olga Shack, 1103 S. Nineteenth St., River Park, died at 5:15 o'clock Monday morning at St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka, following a year's illness of complications. She was born at Bridgeport, Canada, June 12, 1881. She had lived in River Park over a year, coming here from Canada. She was married Jan. 15, 1911 (sic), to Gus Shack. Those surviving are her husband, two sons, Gordon and Raymond of River Park, her mother, Mrs. Eva Ohliger, one brother, Louis Ohliger, and four sisters, Mrs. Charles Sass, Mrs. John Schierholtz, Katie and Bertha Ohliger, all of Canada. The funeral will be held from the residence, 1103 S. Nineteenth St. Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Rev. Turk of the German Lutheran church will officiate. The body will be sent on the Grand Trunk at 7 o'clock to Kitchener, Ont., Can., for burial.

There passed away yesterday in South Bend, Ind., after a lingering illness a former resident of the city namely, Mrs. Gustave Schack, wife of Mr. G. Schack. The deceased was a native of Bridgeport, being a daughter of Mrs. Ohliger, who with four sisters and one brother, city, besides her husband and two children, Gordon and an infant four weeks of age, survive. The remains will be brought to this city. The funeral will take place at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the home of the deceased's sister Mrs. Charles Sass, 109 Shanley Street. After services at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
