Mrs Harriett Inman Hulsey, 74, of 550 West Pace's Ferry road, active worker in charity circles and wife of Elie B Hulsey, retired cotton broker, died yesterday at her home after a short illness.

Mrs Hulsey was the forer Miss Harriet Inman, daughter of Walter and Harriett Cornelia Dick Inman. Her first husband was the late Morris Brandon, Atlanta attorney at one time associated in the ownership of the Atlanta Journal. Her second marriage took place in the spring of 1942.

She was actively engaged in several charitable works in Atlanta, including the Rhodes Home for Incurables and the Cornelia Moore Day Nursery. She was a founder of the Peachtree Garden Club and was member of the Old-Fashioned Women, and of the First Presbyterian church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Lt Col orris Brandon Jr, now stationed in Brussels, Belgium; Inman and Nathan Brandon, both of Atlanta; three grandchildren, Miss Louise Brandon, Christopher Inman and Nathan Brandon Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm today in Winship Chapel of the First Presbyterian church with Dr William V Gardner officiating. Burial will be in Crest Lawn cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dr Jerry Osborne, Price Gilbert Jr, Parks Huntt, Robert P Pegram Jr, Alex Gaines, Douglas W Mathews, Walter James Jr and Scott Hogg.
