Mr. Adams died Oct. 24, 2012. He was born Oct. 14, 1951, in Belton to Audrey Dale and Imogene (Chappell) Adams.
He married his childhood sweetheart, Debbie Koehne, on Aug. 1, 1970, in Killeen. He devoted his life to his wife, family and friends. He retired in 2007 from Farmers Insurance and moved to Belton.
Mr. Adams was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends. He also was a devoted fan and "light man" for Johnny Memphis. He enjoyed helping anyone and everyone. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Audrey Dale Adams; and his brother, Gary Adams.
Survivors include his mother, Imogene Adams; his wife of 42 years, Debbie Adams; his daughter, Audrey Adams of Belton; his son, Roy Adams and his wife, Kylie, of Kyle; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Shelby, Avery, Chloe Jane and Kaleb.
