Feudatory of Saronno and wife of Count Ludovico Carminati de Brambilla, called "il Bergamino", feudal lord of the San Giovanni in Croce's castle. She belonged to a noble family and was one of the lovers of Ludovico Sforza, "il Moro". Daughter of Fazio Gallerani and Margherita de Busti, Cecilia is known for having posed for Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting, Lady with an Ermine (1488).
