In a double wedding ceremony, Ira Boone (38165683 married Elizabeth Ligget in Clark County, Kentucky on 10 Feb 1836 and his sister, Harriet Rite Boone (1811-1892) (9127855) married Nelson Scholl (1815-1890), son of Septimus and Sallie (Miller) Scholl also. Nelson was Harriet's 3rd cousin.
