Kathy Ford-Smith, nee Micken, 75, of Cahokia, Ill., born Dec. 7, 1936, in Hogan, Mo., died on Saturday, April 7, 2012, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.
Kathy was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Cahokia, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald G. Ford; her parents, Gus Micken and Stella Micken-Spivey, nee Hill; and a brother Nick Micken.
Burial in Annapolis Cemetery, Annapolis, Mo.
