Obit: Frank McKinley Wood, 76, of Mount Shasta died Saturday, April 13, 1996, at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta.

Private services were conducted.

Born April 13, 1920, in Stockton, he moved to Siskiyou County in 1976.

He was a secretary and treasurer for Teamsters Union Local 137 in Redding and a member of Disabled American Veterans, National Rifle Association and the Elks Lodge in Mount Shasta.

Survivors include wife Maxine; sons Jonathan of Mount Shasta and Ross of Redding, Frank Jr. of Reno and stepson Michael Walden of Livermore; stepdaughter Cheryl Turner of Salt Lake City; brothers Nicholas of Volcano and Michael Perryman of Novato; sister Naida Dale of Redding; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Mount Shasta Memorial Chapel.
