Kenna Lucile Peters, 51, of Pierce City, Missouri went to be with her Lord in heaven on Saturday August 22, 2020. She was born in Joplin, Missouri on November 22, 1968; the daughter of Betty (Stickney) Turley and the late Kenneth Turley. She was united in marriage on April 21, 2006 to Mark Peters; he preceded her in death on June 14, 2020.

She was a homemaker and a member of the New Site Baptist Church in Monett, the Girl Scouts and the Aquarium Club.

Kenna is survived by three daughters: McKelvie Woodward of Pierce City, Nicole Whisman of Monett, and Mattie Propps of Joplin; one brother: Berry Turley of Dessert Hot Springs, California; one sister: Katrina Farmer of Wichita Falls, Texas and seven grandchildren.

Memorial services for Kenna are being held on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at 10:00a.m. at the New Site Baptist Church in Monett, Missouri.
