Charlotte was a member of Peoples Tabernacle for as long as her health permitted.
She retired from GVDC.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jonah Norton and Ada Lee Norton Crowe; Step-father, Edward Crowe.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years; one daughter and son-in-law of Greeneville; one son and daughter-in-law of Greeneville; two grandchildren; two sisters and a brother; several brothers-in-law, a sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Janice.
There will be a private memorial service at a later date
