KATIE MAE BIGHAM, age 83, of LaFayette formerly of Trion, passed away Thursday, August 04, 2016.
She was born on August 29, 1932 to the late Arthur Chester Lancaster and Cora Rachel Stiles Lancaster. Katie was retired from Mount Vernon Mills in Trion, Ga. She was a member of Trion Heights Baptist Church, and was a member of the Women’s circle club at the LaFayette First United Methodist Church.
Also preceding Katie in death was her sisters, Cleo Bigham, and Willie Tucker; brother, Fred Lancaster; and son-in-law, John Crawford Sr.
A graveside service at West Hill Cemetery in Trion will be held Monday, August 8th at 11:00 A.M. with speaker Dirk Uncle officiating.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
