Donald Lee Stewart, 89, of Venice, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014.

Donald was born Sept. 5, 1925, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Helen G. (Fisher) and Louis H. Stewart. A World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, he served in Europe in the Battle of the Bulge.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Suzanne Estoppey Stewart; daughter, Deanna Drum of Venice, Fla.; son, Gene Stewart of Venice, Fla.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Paul Stewart of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Burial at Venice Memorial Gardens.
