McCracken -- Mary A. Conrad, 85, died Saturday at Grisell Memorial Hospital, Ransom.
Born Mary A. Burgardt Feb. 10, 1895, at Pfeifer, she married Adam Conrad Feb. 19, 1914, at Topeka. He died June 29, 1978.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Altar Society, both of McCracken.
Survivors: sons: Sylvester, McCracken; Adam Jr., Coos Bay, Ore., Wendell, Gait, Calif.; sister: Mrs. Margaret Dugan, McCracken; 14 grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Rosaries will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday at Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church; Father Rory O'Neill. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
