Claimed to be Harry Longabaugh or the Sundance Kid. In 1945 he killed Mount Pleasant, Utah Marshall Alonzo "Lon" Theodore Larsen following a saloon dispute and was sentenced to death for first degree murder, later commuted to life.

There is one general problem with Bebee's Sundance claim.
Longabaugh stood perhaps 6 feet tall and the best BeBee could ever achieve according to California prison records was 5' 2 3/4". Also the 1919 San Quentin photograph more resembles Jimmy Durante than the Sundance Kid.
